Payment Forms Accepted:
1)Personal Checks - Update = We have decided to no longer accept personal checks for amounts over $25. Check with us for details.
2)Money Orders - gladly accepted and we will typically ship products out within 2 business days
3)Credit Cards - we take Visa, MC, Discover in our Merchant Account. You will call or fax the number to us.

Shipping (new pricing goes into affect Jan 1, 2008:
1) We ONLY ship in the continental USA to a Physical Address and phone number. We normally use FedEx Ground services. We DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY. We DO NOT SHIP TO CANADA.
2) UPS - we normally do not use this service. However, if the customer must have UPS - we will ad $2.50 handling charge on top of the shipping charges. The Mail Boxes Etc. charges us extra to ship UPS.
3) Post Office. We no longer offer PO shipments for larger items like a traditional horse. The PO has now gone to dimensional weight. This means that the pricing is dependent on the size and weight of the box so we can't quote shipping ahead of time. We do not have time to go to the PO, price it, and then come back and email the cost. This is not a productive use of our time so we will not offer this as an option. For smaller items that fit in the PO's Priority Pre-packging, we can use this as an option (e.g. for a single stablemate or companion animal).
4) Typical FedEx Ground Service Shipping Charges (for standard size/plastic horses):
.........a. $11.00 for the first horse
.........b. + $1.50 for a second horse
.........c. + $1.00 for each additional horse (Horse #3, 4, 5)
.........d. If you want 6 horses, we will quote a final price as it will depend on final sizes, weight, etc.
5) FOB ITEMS: These are heavier than normal and may need an oversized box. Contact us for information regarding the final cost for these items.
