RETURN/REFUND POLICY (see above "Warranty Terms"):

Lazyhorse refunds will be as STORE CREDIT ONLY. No Refunds. **NO EXCEPTIONS**
20% Fee for returns sent WITHOUT authorization from us. **NO EXCEPTIONS**

For Post Office Insured Shipment/Damaged Items: BUYER must go to your local post office with all the original packaging and receipt(s). Fill out the form (#1000) with BUYER's Postmaster. You need to fill in that you are the receiver. They will inspect the package and help BUYER file the report. After about 3-4 weeks, if the report is filled out correctly and they agree the Post Office caused the damage, Post Office should refund BUYER's money. At that time, BUYER can decide to buy another item from us or keep the money for other use. This is our return/refund policy for PO shipments. **Lazyhorse Collectibles is not responsible for lost shipments, damaged items, or filling out the forms.**

For other types of shipments (UPS or FedEx) - follow same process above but with the appropriate carrier.

If BUYER has received written permission from Lazyhorse to return items - we will Store Credit the BUYER's original purchase price upon our receipt of the item MINUS our original actual shipping cost . BUYER MUST contact us first before returning the item AND GET AN AUTHORIZATION. To get the store credit the item must be returned in the original packaging with all their boxes/paperwork. It also must be shipped US PO or UPS/FedEx Ground INSURED. Failure to do so may result in the buyer not getting the Store Credit.

Lazyhorse is NOT responsible for lost returned shipments or lost payments. Buyer will need to fill out carrier forms appropriately.

**UNATUHORIZED RETURNS** Returns sent without permission will not be honored or returned back. BUYER MUST ask all questions prior to returning item and received written permission from Lazyhorse. If Lazyhorse determines that we will apply a store credit - this will be MINUS A 20% RESTOCKING FEE for the unauthorized return.

LAZYHORSE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO DO BUSINESS WITH ANYONE FOR ANY REASON. ANY INAPPROPRIATE EMAILS WILL BE DEALT WITH ACCORDINGLY AND AS COVERED BY LAW.
NOTE REGARDING PARTIAL REFUNDS:
It is our policy not to offer "partial" refunds. This means that if BUYER DOES not "like" the item after receipt, we DO NOT offer a partial refund - this is our policy. We do offer the refund shown above upon return of the item only. We do not refund original POSTAGE costs.
