Our Hold Policy:

1) Items in stock waiting for payment (no other horse being purchased) and buyer has agreed to purchase: we will only hold items quoted to buyer for 7 days after agreement to purchase. After seven days, item will be re-allocated.

2) Items that are in stock to be placed on hold to wait for another horse to arrive from the factory: these will require 100%, non-refundable deposit.

3) Items that are on order with the factory (not in stock yet)that Buyer would like to "reserve" in their name: these will require a 50% deposit to be placed on hold. 25% of this will be refunded if during the year, the factory decides to no longer carry the model or Buyer changes their mind. However, >>> 25% is non-refundable. <<<

Upon arrival of missing items, Buyer must pay the balance of the purchase price within7 days of notice (Lazyhorse's email to buyer will be the starting time).

We will only hold items for thirty days waiting for final payment. After 30 days, item will be re-allocated to next Buyer and deposit will be forfeit.

Buyer does not have to leave a deposit and can elect to just be notified of an arrival, but all prepaid items will be allocated first.

For emails requesting information on the availability - we will be happy to reserve
a model for you for 24 hours while you decide on the purchase, however, we will
not be able to hold them any longer than the 24 hours. After 24 hours, we will allow
the horse to be purchased by the next customer.
